Leur doux parfum a envahi la cuisine, et l\u00e0\u2026 BOUM \ud83d\udca5 : la r\u00e9v\u00e9lation ! <em>\u00ab\u00a0Et si on leur offrait une fin croustillante ?!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> C\u2019est comme \u00e7a qu\u2019est n\u00e9 ce <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@breizhappetit\/video\/7522523370164948246\">crumble \u00e0 la p\u00eache<\/a><\/strong>, simple, rapide et totalement addictif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoiler alert : tout le monde en redemande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes ou 2 tr\u00e8s gourmands \ud83d\ude07)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf51 4 \u00e0 5 p\u00eaches bien m\u00fbres (blanches ou jaunes, ton c\u0153ur choisit)<br>\ud83e\uddc8 100g de beurre froid<br>\ud83c\udf3e 100g de farine<br>\ud83c\udf6c 80g de sucre roux (plus si tes p\u00eaches sont timides en go\u00fbt)<br>\ud83d\udc9b 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 ou une pinc\u00e9e de vanille en poudre<br>\ud83e\udd44 Une pinc\u00e9e de sel<br>\ud83d\udca1 Option bonus : quelques amandes effil\u00e9es ou un peu de cannelle pour twister la recette<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration : m\u00eame pas besoin de batteur \u00e9lectrique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>On pr\u00e9pare les p\u00eaches<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e8le-les si tu veux, mais les puristes gardent la peau. Coupe-les en quartiers et dispose-les dans un plat allant au four. Saupoudre d\u2019un peu de sucre vanill\u00e9 et laisse-les se pr\u00e9lasser pendant que tu pr\u00e9pares la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>La p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol : farine, sucre roux, sel, beurre froid coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux. Tu m\u00e9langes du bout des doigts, fa\u00e7on massage de p\u00e2te, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture sableuse. Le crumble, c\u2019est un peu comme les vacances : \u00e7a ne doit pas \u00eatre trop structur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Le montage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvre tes p\u00eaches avec ta p\u00e2te fa\u00e7on pluie de bonheur croustillant.
