R\u00e9sultat ? Une bombe sucr\u00e9e \u00e0 trois couches : p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e, cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande, fruits juteux, et crumble par-dessus.<br>Mamie aurait peut-\u00eatre dit \u201cc\u2019est un peu trop\u201d&#8230; mais ensuite, elle en aurait repris une part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcda Ce que tu vas trouver ici :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une <strong>recette de tarte aux myrtilles<\/strong> qui fait croustiller ET fondre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une <strong>cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande moelleuse<\/strong> qui change tout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>crumble maison<\/strong> pour l\u2019effet \u201ccrounch\u201d \u00e0 chaque bouch\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et surtout : un dessert qui pla\u00eet \u00e0 tout le monde (m\u00eame les grincheux)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfa Ingr\u00e9dients pour une tarte myrtilles\u2013amande fa\u00e7on crumble<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelques gouttes d\u2019ar\u00f4me de vanille (ou une pinc\u00e9e de magie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g de poudre d\u2019amande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u0153ufs (ou 1 \u0153uf et une promesse de ne plus grignoter la p\u00e2te crue)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Le crumble :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Et des doigts propres, parce que \u00e7a se fait \u00e0 la main !)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et bien s\u00fbr :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Environ 300 g de <strong>myrtilles fra\u00eeches<\/strong> (ou surgel\u00e9es mais bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Pr\u00e9paration de la tarte (aka \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;assemblage du bonheur\u00a0\u00bb)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pr\u00e9pare la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour commencer, m\u00e9lange tout, forme une belle boule, emballe-la et balance-la au frigo comme si c\u2019\u00e9tait un secret d&rsquo;\u00c9tat. Ensuite, pendant qu\u2019elle repose, tu peux t\u2019attaquer aux deux autres couches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e, on r\u00e9alise la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amande en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me douce et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9paisse. (Spoiler : tu vas vouloir y tremper un doigt. R\u00e9siste. Ou pas.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Crumble<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis avec tes mimines, sable le beurre froid avec la farine et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une texture digne d\u2019un bac \u00e0 sable haut de gamme.<br>C\u2019est th\u00e9rapeutique, vraiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Montage de la b\u00eate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tout d&rsquo;abord, \u00e9tale la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e, fonce ton moule, d\u00e9coupe les bords (en essayant de ne pas en manger).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuite, \u00e9tale la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande comme un pro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s, recouvre de myrtilles, sans en mettre 12 dans ta bouche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et termine avec une pluie g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse de crumble.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Hop au four !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, enfourne \u00e0 <strong>200\u00b0C pendant 20 min<\/strong>. Tu sais que c\u2019est pr\u00eat quand ta cuisine sent comme une boulangerie artisanale bretonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1 Petits plus qui changent tout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tu peux remplacer une partie des myrtilles par des framboises ou des m\u00fbres : effet \u201cwow\u201d garanti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un zeste de citron dans la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande = explosion de fra\u00eecheur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et si tu sers \u00e7a avec une boule de glace \u00e0 la vanille&#8230; tu deviens officiellement l\u2019ami(e) qu\u2019on adore (et qu\u2019on jalouse).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\ude0b Verdict ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce dessert, c\u2019est comme une s\u00e9rie Netflix en 3 saisons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saison 1<\/strong> : la base croquante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saison 2<\/strong> : le c\u0153ur tendre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saison 3<\/strong> : le final croustillant avec plot twist aux myrtilles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 faire, refaire, et refaire encore.<br>Et la prochaine fois que quelqu\u2019un te demande un dessert \u201cpas trop compliqu\u00e9 mais qui claque\u201d&#8230;
